Karen Dorais

Karen Dorais has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Karen is currently a Human Resources Manager at Yahara Software, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Employee Benefits Corporation from 2016-2022. From 2015-2016, they were a Professional Services Manager & Project Manager at Insperity. Karen began their Human Resources career in 1997 at CUNA Mutual Group, where they held several different positions throughout their tenure, including Executive Support Manager (Business Partner), Project Manager, and HR Consultant. Post employment, they were twice invited back to serve as a contracted Project Manager.

Karen Dorais is currently enrolled at the University of Arizona.
