Amber White

Amber has been a part of the Yakabod team for the past 10 years and she is a finance guru, overseeing Yakabod’s operational accounting and financial reporting. Not only did she graduate from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Organizational Business Behavior Policy, but she was also a 4-year member of the women’s golf team. After graduating from SMU, she worked as an Assistant Event Director for 3 years, organizing amateur golf events across the United States. She then continued her education at Ohio University receiving a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Sports Administration. She moved to the DC area and took a position with the Washington Freedom, DC’s first Women’s Professional Soccer Team, as the Deputy Director of Finance and Operations.
