Scott Day is currently the Production Director at Yalelo Zambia, overseeing the production site for Sub-Saharan Africa's largest tilapia producer since 2022. Previously, Scott worked as an Aquaculture Farm Manager and Production Manager at Victory Farms from 2019 to 2022, where they managed operations in integrated RAS, pond, and cage systems. Earlier in their career, they operated a family farm, K B Day (Pty) Ltd, from 2015 to 2017, managing the production of various agricultural goods. Scott holds an MSc in Aquaculture from Stellenbosch University and completed an exchange program in Animal Sciences at Montana State University-Bozeman in 2015, as well as a BSc in Aquaculture from Stellenbosch University in 2013.
