YANA Careers is the career system for clinical research.

We train and place the next generation of clinical research professionals — nurses, pharmacists, lab scientists, and healthcare professionals transitioning into the industry, and experienced CRCs and CRAs advancing into monitoring and leadership roles.

Every program is designed and delivered by our founder, Rudolf Malle — an IAOCR Accredited Clinical Research Trainer (Q-IAOCR Internationally Qualified Clinical Research Trainer, No. 16167194) with 15+ years across pharma, CRO, and site operations.

Our flagship program, Clinical Research Mastery, is a 6-week cohort that pairs trainer-accredited instruction with a fully managed job search system. Our graduates have gone on to roles at CROs, pharma companies, biotech firms, and academic medical centers — 300+ professionals placed to date.

YANA Careers exists because the industry has a workforce problem: turnover in clinical research roles is among the highest in life sciences, and industry studies consistently show most new hires feel inadequately trained. Talented healthcare professionals deserve a real system — not another course.

What we do:

Training programs delivered by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer — Clinical Research Mastery, Site to CRA, and the Leadership Track
The 90-Day Job Search Accelerator — a done-for-you managed placement program, Interview preparation, offer negotiation, and career coaching
No-fee talent introductions for employers — we're not a staffing agency

Who we serve:
