Manuel Li

Manuel Li is a regulatory expert and advocate for the development of the cosmetic industry, currently serving as the Corporate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Yanbal International and a university lecturer at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. With over 25 years of experience across pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and consumer industries, Manuel has held key positions in technical direction, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and R&D. They earned an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, along with various diplomas and a Master's in Leadership from EADA. As the President of the Peruvian Association of Cosmetic Chemistry, Manuel has significantly contributed to the growth and modernization of the industry in Peru and Latin America.
