Drew Ferrante

Drew Ferrante is an experienced educator and industry professional with significant contributions to the music industry and academia. Currently serving as a Professor at Los Angeles Film School since March 2019, Ferrante has developed and instructed various courses, including topics related to the music industry and artist management. Concurrently, Ferrante holds positions as Adjunct Faculty at The University of Texas at Austin and Syracuse University, focusing on music industry operations and emerging technologies. In addition to academic roles, Ferrante has been an Awards Consultant for YANGAROO since 2005, participating in major entertainment awards ceremonies. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at YANGAROO, General Manager at Connoisseur Records, and various marketing positions at respected labels such as Hollywood Records, Sony Music Entertainment, and MCA Records. Ferrante holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sound Recording Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an additional Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College.
