Julio Moreno is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the tech and investment sectors. As the Co-Founder of SC Angeles, they established Bolivia's first and largest angel investment group, successfully investing over $2 million in various startups across Latin America. Previously, Julio served as Director at PedidosYa, a major online food delivery service, and co-founded Netcomidas.com, Bolivia’s pioneering online food delivery platform. Currently, they are the General Manager at Yango, enhancing their expertise in operational leadership and business development. Julio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed a course in Fintech at UC Berkeley.
