Brett Searson

Director, Stadium Tours at New York Yankees

Brett Searson has been working in the sports industry for over 10 years. Brett started their career with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2008 as a supervisor for tours and special events. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the Dodger Stadium Tour program, including hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, marketing and bookings for group and private tours. Brett also developed and implemented new revenue-generating projects relating to the Dodger Stadium Tour program, which resulted in annual increases in revenue from 2013 to 2017.

In 2018, Brett Searson took on a new role as the Director of Stadium Tours for the New York Yankees. In this role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of the Yankees Stadium Tour program, including hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, marketing and bookings for group and private tours. Brett is also responsible for coordinating all internal tour requests throughout the organization, including executive and ownership requests.

Brett Searson is a passionate and experienced sports industry professional who is dedicated to providing a great experience for all fans who visit Yankee Stadium.

Brett Searson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California.

Brett Searson works with Sonny Hight - SVP & Chief Security Officer, Randy Levine - President, and Kara Mooney - Senior Director, Creative Services. Their manager is Hal Steinbrenner, Managing General Partner, Co-Chairperson.
