Drew Spencer

Drew Spencer is a versatile professional with extensive experience in sports management and music production. Currently serving as the Complex Coordinator for the New York Yankees, Drew oversees daily operations at the Player Development Complex in Tampa, while also working as a Minor League Defensive Coach, focusing on training Outfielders. In addition to sports, Drew has a long-standing career in the music industry as a Music Producer for notable artists and various media projects since 2003. Previous roles include Lead Programme Manager and Head Coach for the British National Baseball team, Executive Experience Design Director and Brand Experience Director at adam&eveDDB, and Head of Technology at Calling Brands. Drew’s educational background includes a B.A. in Sociology and Education from Dartmouth College.
