Madeleine Straley, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and program management within the sports industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the New York Yankees since November 2021, Straley leads the innovative Yankees Ball Girl Program and oversees the revamped Yankees Summer Internship Program. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist with the Kansas City Royals, where comprehensive lifecycle recruiting and employee relations were emphasized. Straley has also contributed to the creation of the Royals Trainee Program and engaged in union negotiations. Additional roles across Major League Baseball and Xcel Energy have bolstered a solid foundation in HR practices, data management, and process standardization.
