Matthew Dubroff is an experienced professional in the fields of technology, broadcasting, and film production. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Technology and Broadcasting for the New York Yankees since May 2023, Dubroff previously held the position of Director of Operations at VidMob, where contributions included the creation of a comprehensive onboarding plan used for 85% of employees. With a background that features roles at the Tribeca Film Festival, independent filmmaking, and Major League Baseball Advanced Media, Dubroff has demonstrated versatility across various aspects of production and operations. A graduate of New York Law School with a JD and Boston University with a BS in Broadcast Journalism, Dubroff’s career also includes legal internships and significant contributions to agency operations.
