Peter B. Freund is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in professional sports and business management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Baseball Holdings since May 2021, Freund is also a partner with the New York Yankees and holds directorial positions, including Executive Chairman at Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club. Additionally, Freund is the co-owner of the Charleston RiverDogs and the principal owner of the Williamsport Crosscutters and Memphis 901 FC. Freund previously owned the Memphis Redbirds and served as President of Trinity Packaging Corp for nearly two decades. An alumnus of Dartmouth College, Freund holds a BA in History obtained in 1998.
