Ismail Malçok

Ismail Malçok is a Design Manager and Instructor currently serving as the Head of Experience Design at Yapı Kredi. With prior experience as Head of Design at Fibabanka and as an Experience Design Lead at SabancıDx, Ismail has cultivated a robust background in UX design across various roles, including positions as an Expert UX Designer at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji and a Senior UX Designer. They began their career as a Copywriter at KARPAT and later worked as an Industrial Designer at both İdil Banu Architecture and LAV. Ismail holds a Bachelor's degree from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, where they also teach as an instructor.
