Precy Kwan

Precy Kwan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In their current position as the Chief Operating Officer at Yapily, a leading open banking provider in Europe, they oversee finance, people, customer experience, business and revenue operations, and strategy. Prior to Yapily, they served as an Advisor at VisusNano Ltd and a Strategic Advisor at the Royal Academy of Engineering. Precy was also the Head of Growth at Capital On Tap and a Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures, where they partnered with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, leading business development, operations, due diligence, and commercial strategy for launching new ventures. Additionally, Precy was a Product Strategy Consultant at Scanovate, an Entrepreneur in Residence at Swisscontact worldwide, and the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Grakn Labs, responsible for go-to-market and investment strategy, business development, and operations. Precy began their career as a Microfinance Fellow at Kiva.org, working on borrower verifications, operational advice, capacity building, and business development in Sierra Leone and Liberia.

Precy Kwan has a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge. Precy also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University. As part of their educational experience, they pursued a semester abroad in International Business at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they completed a summer language study in Spanish Language at the University of Holguín.

In terms of certifications, Precy Kwan is a Chartered Accountant/Chartered Professional Accountant, obtained from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in 2011. Precy is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) but the year of obtaining this certification is not specified.
