Haley Harms is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in facilities management and customer experience. Currently serving as Facilities and Leasing Manager and previously holding roles as Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Specialist at Yardbird since February 2021, Haley's career includes positions at TPI Hospitality as Assistant General Manager and Front Desk Supervisor at AC Marriott, alongside roles such as Front Desk Coordinator at Complete Health Center and Assistant General Manager at Sleep Inn & Suites.
