Austin Carson

Austin Carson currently serves as a Strategic Account Associate in Business Development at Pie Insurance, starting in October 2023. Prior experience includes a Sales Manager role at EverQuote, where an extensive portfolio of accounts was managed, generating millions in annual premiums through a customer-centric approach. In a previous position in Talent Acquisition, Austin managed the 2022 summer internship program, achieving an 85% close rate while hiring over 200 individuals. As a Senior Manager and Co-Founding Junior Partner at PolicyFuel Insurance Agency Accelerator, oversight was provided to a team of over 22 licensed sales agents. Austin also launched an Allstate office from the ground up, handling all aspects of sales and operations. Additionally, various roles as a Founding Member were held at Kanopy Insurance, focusing on business development with national insurance partners. Austin holds POST Certification in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Santa Ana College and completed the Fire Fighter I Academy at Crafton Hills College.
