Donna Krouzman

Donna Krouzman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Yardi since December 2025, Krouzman previously held positions at WeWork, including Director of Commercial, Product & Litigation and Director of Litigation. Prior roles include Second Vice President and Counsel at Guardian Life, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory and litigation matters, and Senior Counsel-Litigation at MetLife, Inc. This varied background includes expertise in securities class actions, general commercial litigation, and toxic torts, as well as advisory roles on public company disclosures. Krouzman began a legal career at Debevoise & Plimpton as an Associate after earning a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
