Donovan Garner

Donovan Garner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and client services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Occupier Solutions at Yardi since March 2017, Donovan leads the sales and marketing efforts for Yardi's Corom and Facility Manager products. Previous roles at Yardi include Senior Director of Facility Management Suite and Senior Director of Client Services, where responsibilities included overseeing a team supporting over 1,600 commercial clients and managing more than $125 million in recurring revenue. Prior to Yardi, Donovan worked at TIAA as Assistant Vice President and Lead Application Developer and held several roles at Yardi Systems from 2004 to 2015. Early career experience includes positions at Central Carolina Bank and General Nutrition Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information and Technology Management from UNC Greensboro and dual Bachelor's degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Recreation Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
