Ena Fleming

Ena Fleming is a Consultant and Project Manager at Yardi, focusing on client training, software implementations, and establishing strong client relationships for Residential & Affordable Housing products since August 2022. Previously, as Executive Director of the Conyers Housing Authority, Ena managed the agency's programs and served as the primary liaison with key stakeholders. Additionally, Ena held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Conyers Housing Corporation, overseeing low-income housing development. Ena also led the City of Conyers GICH initiative in collaboration with various organizations to enhance community housing efforts. Other roles include serving as Treasurer & Secretary for the Conyers Housing Board of Commissioners and Director of Operations at B. Wolf and Son, LLC. Ena holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Georgia.
