Iulia Sindrestean

Iulia Sindrestean is an Associate Director at Yardi, with experience spanning over a decade in operations and commercial data-focused roles. Since joining Yardi in October 2011, Iulia has progressed from Neighborhood Researcher to Team Lead, managing multiple teams and improving performance through structured feedback and training. Iulia also held the title of Senior Manager and Manager, contributing significantly to Yardi Matrix and PropertyShark projects. Prior to Yardi, Iulia worked as an Editor for the USAMV Students Newsletter, showcasing written storytelling talents. Iulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University and dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Landscape Architecture from the Universitatea de Științe Agricole și Medicină Veterinară din Cluj-Napoca.
