Michelle Nuzzo

Michelle (Brady) Nuzzo is an accomplished professional in affordable housing compliance and management, currently serving as a Senior Team Leader at Yardi Systems since 2021. Previously, Michelle held a long tenure at CIS Management, Inc. where they began as a Compliance Specialist and advanced to Regional Property Manager, overseeing Tax Credit compliance and managing multiple LIHTC communities. Their earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Section 8 Coordinator at Bucks County Housing Authority, where they managed program compliance for over 3,000 families. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1999, demonstrating a commitment to understanding community needs and enhancing operations.
