Patrick McGregor

Patrick McGregor is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in content creation and commercial real estate analytics. Currently serving as Marketing Team Lead and Senior Copywriter at Yardi since November 2018, Patrick focuses on data-driven content marketing aimed at educating clients and driving traffic to commercial property platforms. Prior to this, Patrick held several positions at Yardi Matrix from August 2013 to May 2018, including Team Lead for Commercial Real Estate and Research Analyst, where significant contributions were made to the development of a commercial real estate database and the management of a large research team. Earlier, as a Research Associate at Hanley Wood, efforts were dedicated to improving database accuracy and fostering relationships within the real estate community. Patrick holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
