Shawn West

Shawn West is currently the Associate Director of Professional Services at Yardi, having joined the company in 2024. Previously, from 2011 to 2016, Shawn served as a Consultant in Professional Services at Yardi Systems and later as a Senior Consultant at Yardi Canada in 2016. Earlier in their career, Shawn worked in various roles at TransGlobe Property Management Services, where they were a Project Manager, and at Manulife Financial as a Training & Documentation Specialist. Shawn holds an Honours BA in History from the University of Guelph and a Certificate in Teacher/Trainer of Adults from Humber College.
