Wendy Kosche

Wendy Kosche, Esq. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Counsel at Yardi since September 2012. Wendy is responsible for managing international and domestic labor and employment issues, which includes drafting jurisdiction-specific policies, handling employee concerns, and addressing claims from the EEOC and Department of Labor. Additionally, Wendy drafts and negotiates client contracts across multiple business units. Prior to Yardi, Wendy operated a private practice focusing on family law matters as the Attorney/Owner of the Law Offices of Wendy S. Kosche, and held various contract attorney positions at firms including Foley Bezek Behle & Curtis, LLP, and Law Offices of Anna S. Karcczag, Inc. Wendy began their legal career as a legal intern at the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office and has a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
