Amy Volas

Amy Volas is the Founder and CEO of Avenue Talent Partners, a position held since October 2015, with a focus on strategic hiring for executive roles. In addition, Amy founded Better Together with Amy Volas in August 2022, providing guidance to individuals at career crossroads. As a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, Amy supports early-stage B2B software companies through coaching and investment. Other roles include Startup Mentor at Techstars and various strategic advisor positions at companies such as OneGuide, Yardstick, Gradient Works, Rally, QuotaPath, and Spekit. Amy Volas holds a degree from Kent State University.
