Devin Shaw

Devin Shaw has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Devin began their career at Cray Inc. as a Manufacturing Team Member in 2014. In 2015, they became an L1 Technical Support Intern at Cray Inc., where they handled incoming cases, provided service to customers, and performed troubleshooting procedures. In 2016, they were promoted to Software Engineer I at Cray Inc., and accepted a special assignment in Japan to introduce an automated system health diagnostic tool. In 2017, they moved to Veritas Technologies LLC as an Atlassian Developer/Administrator, focusing on Jira and Confluence. In 2019, they joined Best Buy as a DevOps Engineer, where they worked with AWS services such as EC2, IAM, ECS, EFS, and lambda functions, as well as Jira administration and GitHub Actions. Devin is currently employed at Yardstik as a DevOps Engineer.

Devin Shaw attended the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
