Tim Bornholdt is a seasoned software engineer and technology consultant with extensive experience in both leadership and hands-on roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Yardstik since October 2024, Tim focuses on enhancing a background screening platform that aids organizations in effective candidate vetting. Additionally, Tim operates as an Independent Consultant for Chinlock Holdings, addressing complex tech challenges and employing modern language model tools. Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Technology Officer at BIONIC GIANT, guiding the development team in delivering marketing solutions. Tim co-founded The Jed Mahonis Group, a consultancy specializing in custom mobile app development, where responsibilities spanned sales, architecture, and quality assurance. Tim holds a B.A. in Professional Journalism and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
