YarnnUp | Empowered by Intelligence, Grounded in Culture

YarnnUp is Australia’s leading First Nations-led cultural intelligence agency, and the home of Ancestral Intelligence.

We work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems transformation to embed First Nations ways of knowing, being, and doing into leadership, governance, and organisational practice.

Through our trademarked Ancestral Intelligence Framework™ (YarnnUp.AI™), we equip organisations with the tools, language, and capability to move beyond compliance and into measurable, relational, and ethical change.

What We Offer:
Cultural Intelligence & Strategic Advisory
• Reconciliation strategy & RAP development
• Cultural capability, audit & leadership training
• Executive governance, policy design, and DEI integration

YarnnUp Collective, Creative & Cultural Studio
• Branding, campaigns, and creative direction
• Spatial design, exhibitions, and digital content
• Storytelling through First Nations knowledge systems

Our Work Is Grounded In the Trilogy of Transformational Intelligence™:

Two Ways of Knowing™ – Reframing logic, language, and evidence

Localisation Praxis™ – Embedding leadership in place and responsibility

NeuroCultural Mindset™ – Integrating emotion, behaviour, and cross-cultural capability

Together, these form YarnnUp.AI™, a theory of change, made practical.

We don’t just consult, we embed culture, reframe systems, and amplify community-led leadership. With YarnnUp, you’re not ticking a box. You’re transforming how your organisation thinks, leads, and relates.
