Oguz Baser is currently a Senior Technical Specialist at YASA, focusing on e-motors for hybrid and electric vehicles. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D Design Engineer at MAGİCE Magnetik Teknolojiler Ltd. from 2014 to 2021, where they contributed to the design of magnetic materials and systems for the defense industry. Oguz holds a bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering from Ankara Üniversitesi and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Heat, Flow & Energy from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi. They are also an Associate Member of ImechE.
