Mohnish Makode

Mohnish Makode has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Deputy General Manager HR at YASH Technologies since December 2009, with previous roles including Assistant General Manager, Sr. Manager, and Manager HR. Mohnish began the career at Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd. as an Executive in Talent Acquisition and later worked as a Field Recruiter. Prior work experience includes being an Executive HR at Splash India Pvt. Ltd. Mohnish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and has pursued advanced education in Human Resources Management with certificates from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and Aon Hewitt Learning Centre.
