Yasmine Holding for Financial Investments was established on March 6, 2012.

The company's primary activity is establishing companies and increasing their capital.

On October 22, 2013, the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) granted a license to practice custodian activity. This license is an extension of Yasmine Securities Record Keeping Company, which was licensed in 1997. All expertise was transferred to the new company, which is the only company headquarters in Alexandria.

The company also obtained an accredited sponsor license for listing small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) on the Nile Stock Exchange (NILEX).

The company also provides all services related to the listing of Société Anonyme Égyptienne (S.A.E.) companies in the central custody of the Misr Clearing, Depository and Central Registry Company (MCDR), as well as the deposit of stocks, and the management of all stock transactions and electronic recordkeeping.

The company includes subsidiaries, affiliates, and direct and indirect investments in companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) and closed companies. The Company also invests in non-banking financial investments, real estate assets, and commercial centers.

The Company is a sister company to Yasmine Securities Brokerage, founded in 1994. This company provides clients with an integrated package of activities for all securities trading operations on the EGX.
