Abdullah Aldhafer

Abdullah Aldhafer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Aramco since August 2000, currently serving as Operational Excellence Lead. With a focus on planning and materials, Abdullah has successfully led several process improvement projects recognized in technical papers on both national and international platforms. Abdullah also holds the title of Operational Excellence Division Head at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd., where the role encompasses leadership responsibilities towards operational enhancements. Abdullah earned a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield School of Management from 2017 to 2021, and an MBA in Performance Measurement System from Strathclyde Business School between 2013 and 2015.
