A group of lawyers with different legal backgrounds (either by formerly serving as Prosecutors, Judges, Academics, Police Officers, Counsellors to some Economic & Governmental entities such as EGX & Trade Ministry & Sports & Youth Ministry) who have distinct legal expertise in the market through working in and advising public and private companies and governmental entities. They were brought together in one entity, under the leadership of Dr. Ali Yassien, to provide our clients with comprehensive legal services. 

The extensive legal expertise that our associates have is an undeniable asset, either by being a part of one of the top tiers law firms, working in multinational companies, or being advisors to some Economic & Governmental entities such as EGX & Trade Ministry & Sports & Youth Ministry. These associates were trained to give counsel to clients on a daily basis and with the proper exposure, which enabled them to understand the technical aspects of what we are giving counsel on, this is surely an asset that our associates gained during their tenure at the Multinational Companies they have worked with or working in giving counsel to some Economic & Governmental entities as well as being professional and efficient.

Our services are provided through the collaboration of our team with an elite group of counselors and jurists who have the credentials which enabled them to work either in judiciary, public prosecution, serving as police officers or working in other areas of the legal profession (Egyptian Stock Exchange, Egyptian Mortgage Finance Authority before merging into FRA, Sports & Youth Ministry, Trade Ministry, Egyptian Custom Authority, etc..).
