Daniel Borie

Daniel Borie, P.E. is an accomplished mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical design. Currently serving as the Mechanical Department Manager at Yates Construction since April 2014, Daniel previously held the position of Project Manager at KBR, Inc. from October 2006 to April 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple mill projects for International Paper in Prattville, AL. Prior to that, Daniel worked as a Mechanical Design Leader at KBR, managing multi-discipline teams in the pulp and paper and industrial sectors. Daniel's career began at Rust Engineering, where, from December 1987 to November 2001, leadership involved managing engineering teams on various capital projects within the chemical and pulp and paper industries. Daniel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida between 1984 and 1987.
