Terry McDaniel

Terry McDaniel, CCM, PMP, is an experienced project executive with a robust background in managing large-scale construction and engineering projects across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Project Executive at Yates Construction, Terry previously held senior roles such as Senior Project Manager at Wolfspeed, where leadership on a $5 billion semiconductor facility was a highlight. With extensive experience as Director of Program Management Office at SCA Pharma and Chief Operations Officer at M3 Engineering, achievements include overseeing significant pharmaceutical projects, including Covid-19 vaccine production. Terry's project management expertise is further supported by a history of successful delivery on high-value initiatives, including the construction of various facilities and infrastructure projects, validated by leadership roles at BP, MCSi, HNTB, The Walsh Group, and Gray Alabama. Terry holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
