Will Blackmon

Will Blackmon is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager and Project Manager at Yates Construction since January 2019, Will has successfully managed multiple high-value projects, including a $35 million precipitator replacement. Previously, Will worked at Jacobs as a Project Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating a $60 million paper machine rebuild. Will's background also includes positions at Ford Bacon & Davis, Turner Construction, Able Constructors, Gabriel Builders, Inc., and Jensen Appraisal, Inc. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University, earned in 2009.
