David Disley

Managing Director, Customer Success at Yates

David Disley has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. David started their career with BT as a Business Manager in 1999 and was quickly promoted to Client Partner/General Manager of BT Global Services in 2005. In this role, David was responsible for managing BT’s relationships with telecommunications companies, over the top service providers and indirect channels around the world. In 2013, David was promoted to VP - Global Telecom & Indirect Channels and Regional lead Americas. In this role, David was responsible for leading a global team of sales, partner and operations experts to help BT’s customers succeed in a dynamic and ever changing market place. David also served as BT’s host for Americas region representing BT's presence in the America's internally and externally on behalf of the group. In October 2021, David Disley left BT after 22 years to join Yates as Managing Director, Customer Success.

David Disley attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they studied computer science. David then attended Bushey Meads School.

They work with Nancy Sancho - Program Manager, Craig Nichols - Partner, and Todd Murray - Partner. David Disley reports to Charlotte Yates, Founder and CEO.
