The APEX WORLD CLASS Award recognises the highest standard among airlines and lounges.  YATES+ industry professionals audit guest experience across 20 dimensions of importance to airline travellers and 19 dimensions of importance to lounge guests.  Thereby qualifying airlines and lounges for the WORLD CLASS Award.
