Stephane Baroux has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stephane started as a Student Ambassador at the University of Wolverhampton, where they guided groups around the campus and promoted the university. Stephane then worked as a Freelance 3D Designer and Graphic Designer, specializing in character modeling, rigging, and animation. At Gamer Camp pro, they were a Student Environment Artist, honing their skills in creating digital environments.

Stephane joined Game Retail Ltd., where they first served as an Acting Senior Sales Assistant before becoming a Senior Sales Assistant at the Bullring Birmingham store. In this role, they worked around 40 hours per week and contributed to the store's high turnover.

Stephane later joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they held several positions, including Assistant Manager and Branch Manager. In these roles, they focused on employee development, improving customer service, and increasing sales. Stephane achieved impressive results, such as attaining the GM Club status, achieving significant growth, and receiving high scores in customer service.

Currently, Stephane is a Frontend Developer at Yavin, where they are the sole frontend developer. Stephane is responsible for the development of the showcase website and modernizing the back-office system using Nextjs. Additionally, they have rewritten the backend API using Python/Django.

Stephane Baroux attended Le Wagon in 2021 without obtaining a specific degree or field of study. Before that, they pursued a Masters in Art with a specialization in Video Game Development from Birmingham City University, where they studied from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they obtained a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Computer Games Design from the University of Wolverhampton. In addition to their formal education, Stephane Baroux obtained certifications from Le Wagon's Web Development Bootcamp in December 2021 and from Udemy's The Complete Web Developer in 2021: Zero to Mastery course in August 2021.
