From 2014 to 2018, they were a specialist in pre-sales at PAO "APK-Invest". From 2013 to 2014, they were a sales manager for VTB-Bank, responsible for selling retail products.

Oleana Romanova completed their Master of Management degree in Management from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj'\u200b Technical University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended School 29 from 1996 to 2004, studying English Language and Literature/Letters.
