Rishay Watson

Rishay Watson joined YBGR in the spring of 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University Billings. During Watson’s time with the Ranch, she has served as a Mental Health Worker, Case Manager, Director of Admissions and Contracting, the Director of Residential Services, the Executive Director of Residential Services and currently as the Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing. As the Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing, her areas of oversight include the residential admissions department, residential revenue contracts, marketing, business development, and the residential treatment coordinators.
