Cuong Van is an experienced logistics and transportation manager with a comprehensive background in fleet management, supplier development, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as DC Manager at YCH Group since October 2023 and Head of Transportation at Grove Group since September 2020, Cuong oversees transportation operations across multiple cities in Vietnam, manages a diverse fleet and vendor network, and has demonstrated a strong ability to meet key performance indicators. Previous roles include Distribution Manager and Logistics Expert, with significant achievements in improving customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Cuong holds an MBA from The Open University HCM and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of Economics, HCM City.
