Victor Koltsov

Victor Koltsov has a diverse work experience in product management and project management. Victor is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at YCLIENTS since August 2022. In their previous role as the VP of Products at YCLIENTS from November 2021 to July 2022, they managed a team of product managers and developed product processes. Prior to that, Victor worked as a Senior Product Owner at YCLIENTS from November 2019 to November 2021, where they were responsible for driving product vision, implementing product development processes, and managing client relationships.

Before joining YCLIENTS, Victor served as the CPO & co-founder at Tetrika-school.ru from October 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for product strategy, UX optimization, and increasing user engagement and retention rates. Victor also conducted user research and collaborated with marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

Victor's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at Нетология-групп from April 2017 to September 2018, where they focused on product management. Victor also worked as a Project Manager at habr.com from April 2015 to April 2017, where they managed special projects related to habrahabr.ru & geektimes.ru. Victor began their career as a Media Planner at OMD Media Direction in May 2011 and later moved to Arena Magic Box as a Media Planner / Junior Media Planner from March 2010 to May 2011.

Throughout their career, Victor Koltsov has demonstrated their expertise in product management, project management, and team leadership, consistently driving product vision and innovation in various organizations.

Victor Koltsov obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between the years 2005 and 2010. Victor also earned a certification in "Introduction to Software Product Management" from Coursera Course Certificates in May 2016.
