Andrew Grano

Andrew Grano has a wealth of experience in front-end development and web design. Andrew began their career in 2012 as a Web Design Intern at Tough Guppy Productions, where they built and maintained marketing websites and contributed to designing websites and logos. Andrew then joined DecoNetwork as a Lead Web Designer and Project Manager, where they designed and built custom themes for clients within the DecoNetwork e-commerce / CMS platform, as well as creating mockups using Photoshop and Illustrator. In 2014, they joined Fluent (E-Commerce Agency) as a Front-End Web Developer, where they built responsive e-commerce websites and landing pages based on Photoshop and Sketch mockups using Sass, Bootstrap and jQuery, ensuring sites were accessible, SEO-friendly, and optimized for cross-browser, cross-device and cross-network-speed. In 2018, they joined META+LAB at Cal State Northridge as a Lead Front-End Developer, Teacher and Mentor, where they lead and mentored a team of 10 front-end developers working across various student teams in an agile SCRUM environment developing Vue. JS applications, and taught front-end development on campus in the form of bootcamps and unofficial classes. In 2019, they joined WeaveUp as a Front-End Web Developer & UX Designer, and in 2020 they joined Netalico - Magento / Shopify / BigCommerce eCommerce Agency as a Frontend eCommerce Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Ycode as a Frontend Developer.

Andrew Grano attended California State University of Northridge from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema Television Arts and Multimedia.
