Aaditya Sharma has work experience as a Business Consultant at CraftedQ starting in October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Business Manager at YCSPL from August 2017. At YCSPL, they provided IT solutions specializing in product engineering, digital transformation, and remote workforce solutions. Prior to YCSPL, Aaditya worked as a Customer Service Representative at Wipro from June 2015 to July 2017.
Aaditya Sharma completed their education in a chronological order. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Delhi College of Engineering and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce. Following that, from 2012 to 2015, Aaditya pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Amity University.

The company is providing high tech GIS application based Regional/City level master planning, Architectural Design cum planning for Residential, Commercial, Institutional, industrial and revenue sectors. The company is having State and National recognition in providing consultancy services for low cost housing. The company has its own in house survey team for conducting Digital Survey by using latest technology instruments of high grade accuracy. YCSPL on account of its quality assurance and timely deliverables has received State and National level Awards. The company stood at first position for resolving highest public grievances at district Pali under Prashan Shero Ke Sangh Abhiyan for the State of Rajasthan. The company at present by virtue of its technical expertise is providing/provided consultancy services in various States namely Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, J&K and Himachal.
