Nirbhay Kumar

Nirbhay Kumar has extensive work experience in sales and strategy roles. Nirbhay is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Strategy at CraftedQ and YCSPL since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing at iWebServices from July 2021 to September 2022.

Before that, Nirbhay held various positions at Source Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Nirbhay started as a Team Manager in September 2015 and was promoted to Assistant General Manager of Sales in December 2017. Later, they became the Head of Sales in July 2019, a role in which they were responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day sales operations, handling client queries, and strategic planning for revenue growth.

From June 2013 to August 2015, Nirbhay worked as the Assistant Vice President of Sales at Techwire Solutions Inc, where they directed overall sales operations, lead generation, and international business development.

Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Business Development at Shahdeepinternational from April 2012 to June 2013.

Nirbhay's career began as a Business Development Manager at HR Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in September 2010. In this role, they managed sourcing strategies and developed key account plans for HRMS and Education solutions.

Before that, they worked as a Sales Manager at a confidential company from May 2008 to August 2010, where they marketed and sold various online services in the international market.

Their early career as a Sales Executive at Sify Technologies Limited from May 2006 to May 2008, involved identifying prospects, evaluating sales options, and maintaining client relationships.

Throughout their career, Nirbhay Kumar has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in sales and strategy, with a focus on client management, revenue growth, and team coaching.

Nirbhay Kumar began their education in 2001 at Rajendra College, Chapra, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree in 2004. Nirbhay then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology at Magadh University from 2004 to 2007.

In 2019, Nirbhay obtained certifications in "Improving Your Business Writing" from LinkedIn and in "Instagram Ad Format" from Facebook. Nirbhay also completed a certification in "Amazon Business Professional" from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, in 2020, they obtained certifications in "Facebook and Instagram Ad" from Facebook and in "KPMG virtual internship" from KPMG.

In 2020, Nirbhay enrolled in the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati to pursue a Post Graduate Certificate in Data Science, specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Simultaneously, they joined the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where they completed an Executive MBA in International Business from 2020 to 2021.
