Kristen Herde

Kristen Herde is the founder and CEO of YeaHR! GmbH, a consulting agency focused on helping organizations become better digital employers through employer branding, recruiting, and organizational change. They led the HR function as HR Director at E.ON Climate & Renewables and served as Vice President of Diversity Management at E.ON AG, guiding global HR activities. As a self-employed leader of an HR boutique, they delivered coaching, training, and advisory services to clients in Talent Management, Change Management, and Learning & Development, and spoke as a keynote on HR topics. They earned an Executive MBA from ESMT, completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program, and held a Fulbright Scholarship at the University of Hannover, in addition to a B.A. from Rhodes College.
