Prior to their executive roles, Conny held managerial positions at Telefónica Movistar Colombia, ORBCOMM COLOMBIA, and BellSouth Colombia. Conny Martinez holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Cauca, with specialized degrees in Management Systems of Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Marketing and Sales from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales. Conny also attended the University of Cambridge for additional education in the field of marketing.
