Carlos Reyes currently serves as the Enrollment Outreach Manager at Year Up United, responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process and executing a multi-channel communication strategy to convert leads into applicants. Previously, Carlos has held various roles within Year Up United, including Admissions Manager and Recruitment Specialist, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, facilitating information sessions, and representing the organization at recruitment events. Carlos's experience also includes a position as Recruitment Coordinator at Amazon, focusing on streamlining candidate onboarding processes, and multiple roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where leadership and operational efficiency were prioritized. Educationally, Carlos is pursuing an Associate's degree in Business at Southern New Hampshire University and has earned a certificate in Support for Project Management from Year Up United.
