Chanel Davis

Chanel Davis, M.Ed., MBA, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Enrollment at Year Up, where leadership encompasses a divisional team of over 30 individuals, significantly influencing enrollment outcomes contributing to a $30M portfolio. Previous roles include Regional Director of Enrollment, overseeing a $20M portfolio across multiple states, and Director of Recruitment & Admissions in Chicago. In addition to current responsibilities, Chanel is the founder of The "L" in Leadership, delivering tailored coaching to leaders across industries, and serves on the Executive Board of The National Society of Leadership and Success, enhancing alumni relations. With an extensive background in admissions and recruitment management at Career Education Corporation and earlier experience in banking, Chanel holds an MBA, an M.Ed., and is pursuing a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Development & Leadership.
